Went here because of another social media recommendation Their coffee option variety is quite wide and carefully curated. The barista are talented, the wait staff are also super friendly. Basically you’re here then queue first, then a barista will explain the coffee. So it’s kind of slow bar concept, best to order their original black brewed coffee. I had mine as latte since I am unable to drink black coffee yet. I chose the sweet beans: honey coffee. It’s latte without sugar but the beans itself tastes so good it made my coffee taste sweet A small cafe, pretty crowded with the locals and foreigner but definitely somewhere you need to visit when you’re in Jimbocho area

Great experience. One of the finer specialty coffee places in Tokyo. They take their coffee beans to a whole new spectrum. The staff was kind enough to explain the origin of the beans, roast and flavour profiles before we ordered our cups. Will definitely visit again!

If you are in Tokyo and passionate about the specialty coffee world, this place is an absolute must-visit. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and deeply professional. I ordered a 2-coffee tasting flight, choosing the beans after getting some great advice from the barista. A huge plus is that they let you smell the beans of each option before deciding! The roast profile here is outstanding—without a doubt, some of the lightest and cleanest roasts I’ve ever seen. Before leaving, I bought a 100g glass jar of beans to take home. I love that they provide a detailed brewing recipe and even a small grind-size sample bag so you can replicate the extraction perfectly. I will definitely be back. A 10/10 experience for any coffee lover!
