⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nosy Coffee Roastery was one of the biggest surprises of our Tokyo trip, and honestly, one of the most memorable coffee experiences we’ve had. The first surprise? We walked in expecting a serious specialty coffee shop, and were genuinely shocked to find out they also serve Espresso Martinis! As tourists, that was such a fun and unexpected touch. Sitting in a beautiful roastery enjoying an expertly made espresso martini is not something we expected, and it instantly made the experience feel unique. The service deserves special recognition. Unfortunately, I forgot the manager’s name, but she was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain the different coffees, how they source and roast their beans, and patiently answered all of our questions with genuine enthusiasm. You could immediately tell that everyone here truly cares about coffee rather than simply serving drinks. After the martinis, we ordered one of their signature coffees. It definitely wasn’t the cheapest cup we’ve had, but after tasting it, we completely understood why. It was exceptionally well balanced, incredibly smooth, and prepared with obvious care and precision. It’s one of those cups that reminds you why specialty coffee exists in the first place. Before leaving, we picked up several of their drip bags to take home because we wanted to enjoy a little piece of the experience after our trip. They also had an excellent selection of beans for anyone serious about coffee. We noticed they also offer cakes and brownies, and although we were too full to try them, everything looked fresh and delicious. It’s definitely a place where you could happily spend an afternoon. The atmosphere is calm, beautifully designed, and welcoming without feeling pretentious. Whether you’re a coffee enthusiast or just someone looking for an exceptional café in Tokyo, Nosy Coffee Roastery is absolutely worth making the trip for. If you’re visiting Tokyo, don’t just stop in for a quick coffee—take your time. Have a conversation with the staff, try one of their signature coffees, and if you’re lucky enough to be there when they’re serving them, don’t miss the Espresso Martini. It’s a combination we never expected to find in a specialty roastery, and it became one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Tokyo.

We visited THE ROASTERY by NOZY COFFEE and it felt like a really nice specialty-coffee stop — modern vibe, relaxed crowd, and the kind of place where you want to sit for a while. We got the washed + honey #4, which had a bright, clean flavor. It was nice, but definitely leaned more acidic and sour, so good if you enjoy that profile, maybe less so if you prefer deeper or chocolatey notes. We also tried the NY ring — super fluffy and soft, really satisfying texture, just a bit heavy on the sugar for my taste. Still enjoyable, just sweet. Overall, it’s a cool café to check out, especially if you’re into light, fruity coffee and want a spot to chill with something warm and freshly made.

A very good vibe within the cafe. Its coffee is nice and they seem to offer a few options of coffee for the grind. I had the espresso and it came in a champagne flute which was interesting but smart so as while you drink you have the full aromatic experience. Later I had a flat white and that I had to say was not the coffee experience I was expecting from the milk selection and how the actual coffee tasted.The lower score is probably because I’m Australian and the coffee could have been elevated more in a few ways but all round great spot to have your morning coffee if you are an early riser and in the Harajuku area and especially if you come around opening time cat street is a quiet still to have.
