Hands Shibuya is a wonderful one-stop shop, especially if you're short on time and want to explore a wide range of Japanese products in one place. The store has seven floors, with multiple sections on each floor, offering an incredible variety of goods.😆🩷 One of my favorite sections was the pet store on 7th Floor, which carries products for dogs, cats, and even exotic pets. I loved it so much that I bought treats to bring home for my bunny. In fact, I spent nearly four hours shopping here without realizing how much time had passed!🫶🏻✨ You'll find everything from stationery, character merchandise, phone accessories, home décor, kitchenware, cutlery, woodworking tools, DIY and home repair supplies, bedding, beauty products, health and wellness items, bags, umbrellas, mini fans, travel essentials, and even laboratory and science-related supplies for students.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 While Hands is often compared to Loft, I personally feel the products here are more functional, premium, and geared toward adults. The store is also very well organized, making it easy to navigate despite its size. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They assisted me with registering for the Hands app, which provided an additional discount, and I was also able to claim tax-free shopping benefits. A special mention goes to one of the older male staff members who was exceptionally kind and made the shopping experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for both tourists and anyone looking for high-quality Japanese products, useful everyday items, and unique souvenirs.😊😊😊

You can buy pretty much everything here. This department shop has everything from bags to stationery and more. I only went to the bag section due to my lack of time and there was an extended selection. Staff were polite.
